You are reporting the following problem report for being abusive, containing personal information, or similar:
The blocked gully is located at the bottom of Trees Road and floods the pavement with silt and stones, and creates big puddles in Valley Road. Reported anonymously at 17:10, Thu 17 October 2019 The concrete gully that lies across the full width of the bottom of Trees Road has small circular holes in it like a kitchen calendar which get blocked with stones that roll down the unmade surface of Trees Road. When there is heavy rain lots more stones and silt get carried forward and finally become deposited on the pavement and in Valley Road. This in turn blocks the drains in Valley Road and flooding occurs. Pedestrians complain because they get wet/splashed when vehicles drive past. The area is dangerous for wheelchair users because the road and pavement surface is unstable and their wheelchairs could tip over whilst trying to avoid the mess. This has been a continued problem over many years and residents who walk up and down Valley Road are fed up with the problem.
