Entrance to Watery Lane off Skirmett Rd, Skirmett Reported anonymously at 19:51, Tue 25 February 2020 Water coming off fields into Watery Lane should be running into two gullies to take it to rejoin Hamble Brook. Unfortunately, both gullies into Brook are blocked and water is now running down main road in increasing volumes. Needs urgent attention before further rains exacerbate situation and water becomes a river running down Skirmett Rd and into houses on eastern side of main road as it did in 2014. We endeavoured to clear gullies but were unsuccessful.
