Hp21 9pz Reported anonymously at 20:55, Tue 16 June 2020 Good evening. This afternoon I had a problem with a crossing Kilner road near Harvey road post office. As a driver of Volkswagen Up (plate reg number PJ62UPD) broke the rule of the Highway code 243. And for me with double pushchair and 2 kids in, was a bit difficult to pass this car. When the driver came out from the post office, I asked her nicely, that if she has a driving license in this country, that means that she must to know this rule. But the first answer was : I just needed to go in post office. Really? The place where the kerb is lowered is marked! How the people can do like that! Was more then enough place to park there! It’s getting really angry as some persons can understand that they are making for other a big problem with crossing the road, especially for people with pushchairs, wheelchair users and the visually impaired. Hope you can take some actions to this driver. Thank you
