Insecure NOISY manhole covers on road directly outside of No.1 London road. adjacent to road sign for LONDON ROAD. Reported anonymously at 11:30, Friday 26 June 2020 Insecure NOISY manhole covers on road directly outside of No.1 London road. This can be heard LOUDLY day and night every time a vehicle passes and sounds dangerous. Please review and change this as it is not acceptable level of noise pollution. We have lived here 5.5 years and up until early this year they never made a noise. Now they make a thundering bang EVERY time a car rides over them day and night which we can hear clearly in our property even with doors and windows closed. Please can you look to fix and replace these asap? Thanks
