Narrow, poor condition footpath between the Beech Tree and the development The Water Gardens

Reported by Kathryn Thomas at 11:42, Tue 6 October 2020

I walk this route twice a day taking my children to Hazlemere CofE School and have done for a few years now. The footpath as you ascend the hill is very narrow and in very poor condition. In some places the tarmac surface has eroded leaving patches on loose gravel etc. The footpath is also very narrow due to the small scrubby vegetation making it single foot traffic only. This footpath is very well used by school users in both directions and more frequently pedestrians are being forced into the road as passing is now so difficult. Last week I was nearly hit by a coach wing mirror whilst walking on the footpath. Please can it be resurfaced and the encroaching vegetation not only cut back but the footpath boundary be reinstated.
