Given the road is so steep this is making driving up the slope very difficult with vehicle wheels repeatedly spinning furiously trying to get up the hill. This has been breaking up for months but has got to the point where getting up the hill, even in good dry weather, is getting dangerous due to the risk of skidding into parked vehicles.
