Bridges within Bledlow cum Saunderton and Princes Risborough Reported by Cllr David Dobson at 12:26, Tue 27 September 2022 Looking to establish what the Weight Limits are on a number of the Road and Rail bridges in the area. Looked at the map published on the Councils Web site (https://www.buckscc.gov.uk/media/4514120/buckinghamshire_100k.pdf) and none of the Road over Rail bridges have any weight limits indicated whereas there are weight limit signs on a number of them e.g. Lee Road and Picts Lane. Height limits are on all the relevant bridges. There have been instances where lorries have had to re-route as a result. In addition the bridge referenced does not have a Weight Limit Sign but is rated by NR as up to 40t which is below the max permissible vehicle weight!
