Extremely uneven tarmac with holes have to walk into the oncoming traffic

T is impossible to walk over Hyrons Lane bridge (over the railway line) in Amersham without having to repeatedly cross the white line dividing the pedestrian side of the tarmac from the driving side. It is very easy to fall especially in the evening as there is no lighting. When the holes fill with rain it is extremely dangerous both to pedestrians and cyclists who could easily fall into the road in front of traffic. It is a serious accident waiting to happen.
