Manhole/drain covers very noisy when cars drive over then as they are loose

There are two large manhole covers and one drain cover outside in the road between our house and the children's playground. These covers are loose and the road is pitted around them. When cars drive over them they made a very loud clattering noise. Then road around them appears to be getting worse as the noise is getting louder
