Bollard knocked down on Saturday appears to only have one bolt fixing it also it is unlit

The problem has been semi fixed as they have put a temporary unlit keep left sign but not sure when the fixed lit one will be installed

The bollard has been replaced but is still unlit

Same problem again, only 1 bolt holding it in place so it keeps getting knocked down, not sure why it is so difficult to fix over the last 2 years !
