Bollard knocked down on Saturday appears to only have one bolt fixing it also it is unlit

  • The bollard has been replaced but is still unlit

  • Same bollard has been knocked down again and is still unlit

  • Same problem again, only 1 bolt holding it in place so it keeps getting knocked down, not sure why it is so difficult to fix over the last 2 years !
