I hit this pothole tonight. i do not normally use this road. It was really bad and no way of avoiding it or even knowing it is there as it is not marked or lit by street lights. I have damged my near side wheel and have a flat tyre. It left me in a state of shock it was so loud.

Problem hasn't been fixed i.e. cut out with a disc cutter, spoil removed, base stone hammered in,hot tar poured around edge and filled with new asphalt. One shovel of asphalt had been thrown in a wet hole. It is now becoming a pothole again after 2 weeks ! Useless council as always

I hit this massive pothole again tonight ( 19.03.2018) .due to it being dark.....and cars parked.....I was unable to see where it was to avoid it! My car is due for MOT this week and if damage to wheels is reported due to hitting this pothole I will be expecting compensation for new wheels!

This pothole has been bodged 3 times now since January. How much does it cost us to have a 10 minute bodge every month instead of a 30 minute proper fix once and for all. Typical council waste of our money. Don't expect compensation.
