Dangerous badly potholed footpath from Spinfield Lane to Spinfield Lane West

Reported in the Pavements/footpaths category anonymously at 17:10, Fri 15 December 2017

Received by Buckinghamshire Council moments later

Potholes on this well used footpath leading from Spinfield Lane to Spinfield Lane West are very dangerous. A young mother with pushchair was forced to walk in busy Spinfield Lane as the pushchair was not able to negotiate through the potholes. The potholes have been roughly filled over recent years but quickly deteriorate, leaving loose stones, bumps and dips on this steep slope. The Council vehicle which sweeps up leaves exacerbates the problem, breaking up the surface even more. Leaving the leaves hides potholes and makes the path surface dangerously slippery. A proper new surface would save potential falls and the danger of those wishing to avoid falls walking in the road.
