Tarmac surface of major road junction with M40 motorway completely worn away down to the underlying concrete

Severe road surface degradation at a traffic light controlled major junction with the M40. Tarmac almost completely worn away (Only a few "Hillocks" of tarmac left) leaving a dangerously unsafe road surface in a "Braking zone". Poential accident waiting to happen, especially for those users who are not local.
