Drain on north bound lane next to the bridge over the Wye

Reported in the Flooding category anonymously at 13:07, Wed 4 April 2018

Received by Buckinghamshire Council moments later

Every time it rains, a very large puddle, covering the whole northbound lane, develops and stays for many hours. This is immediately before a blind bend which many people take quite quickly i.e 30 mph +. It is a major hazard to both drivers and pedestrians. There is a drain but it is blocked.
