In Wilton Rd, on a pavement used by families walking to/from St Mary’s School, and outside an elderly resident’s house, Hitchambury Homes have left: 1) Protruding stiff, sharp metal wires and damaged pavement 2) Trip hazard holes 3) Damaged verge
