One Kerbstone has become loose and is now raised and rocking creating a trip hazard

Please note my neighbour gave me your number after reporting a similar kerbstone issue outside number 16. I would be surprised if you already had details of my issue.. can you confirm this is really a duplicate and not just from the same postcode. If it is a duplicate how long has it been awaiting action and under what incident number please?
