Pothole approx 100 metres before speed bump to north of village
Reported in the Pothole category anonymously at 11:38, Wed 11 April 2018
Sent to Buckinghamshire Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 1274941.
Thurs 5th April approx 9:45am I was travelling through Bishopstone, as I drove around a parked van my front driver-side wheel hit a large pothole. I continued to drive a short way but shortly after leaving the village realised I had an immediate puncture. I have not been able to return to the site however estimate the pothole to be at least a foot long. I would like to claim for the damage, please advise.

I was travelling down the road, outside a house to the end of the village, there is a patch of unlit road. My whole tyre has gone into the pothole, i have pulled over 100 metres down the road and inspected my tyre and it was completely flat. I have called my partner, I have warned him about the pothole but due to no lights in the road and the size of the hole, he has gone over the pothole and it has damaged his tyre and punctured it. We have had to pay for 2 new tyres due to the damage that it has caused. I would like to claim for both tyres that have been damaged by this pothole. There needs to be lighting or warnings on the pothole as it is narrow road and you cannot see it until you go over it.
