  • The pavement surface has now completely deteriorated making it impossible for elderly residents to pass or parents with push chairs. The foundations have been compromised and both the fire hydrant and fence to the neighbouring property are now vulnerable. Having now escalated this again to the council for remedial work, I hold you accountable for any damage that may be caused to the properties by a burst hydrant or the undermining of the fence foundations.
