    Still open, via questionnaire

  • Why is it not the responsibility of BCC when it is part of the Highway? Who have you passed this problem onto to be fixed?

On The 25th June I was walking towards Hazlemere recreation ground when I inadvertently stepped into large pothole outside of the entrance to 257Amersham Rd and I crashed to the ground causing me to sustain a grazed right hand an knee, badly bruised shoulder and sprained thumb. I am approaching 70 and feel that leaving potholes un repaired, see pictures above, is dangerous to all who use this road. When I spoke to my solicitor he suggested that I persue the council for damages!
