This light now appears to work, but only for a few minutes each evening. Last night it came on at the same time as all of the other lights in the street but then went off at about 21:10 and stayed off for the rest of the night. Please can you resolve this before the evenings really draw in as I am visually impaired and cannot even navigate my way along my own front path to the front door without this light or without a torch.

This light still doesn't work and I am beginning to think you don't believe me. It has not worked properly since I moved here in October 2016 despite your previous assurances that it was fixed. In about e weeks I will not be able to get from the roadside to my front door without someone to guide me because of the lack, of light. Do I actually need to hurt myself by tripping in the dark before it will be fixed?
