Reported in the Footpath / pavement problem category anonymously at 15:09, Thu 10 May 2018
Sent to Buckinghamshire Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 1308238.
This car blocked the pavement, parked on double yellow lines. The owner of the vehicle claimed to sub contracted by Bucks CC , completing line markings in the area so was authorised it illegally park. I beg to differ!
The pavements in Bourne End are in an appalling state this is why vehicles parked on the pavement and also not using the drop kerb to park in front of the shops, my disabled mother of 85 cannot risk the short walk to the shops in case the path is blocked on her way back by illegally parked cars and also the trip hazards due to the state of the pavements.

Transport for BuckinghamshireFed up with potholes – we are too!
Government funding cuts and pressures from other services such as social care means there isn’t enough money to pay for all the work which needs doing on our roads.
However, a new single council for Buckinghamshire would save at least £18m per year – money which the new council could decide to put into more road resurfacing.
The Government wants to hear your views on the plans. Visit www.buckscc.gov.uk/OneCouncil to have your say – it only takes a minute!Posted by Buckinghamshire Council at 15:10, Thu 10 May 2018
