Transport for BuckinghamshireFed up with potholes – we are too!
Government funding cuts and pressures from other services such as social care means there isn’t enough money to pay for all the work which needs doing on our roads.
However, a new single council for Buckinghamshire would save at least £18m per year – money which the new council could decide to put into more road resurfacing.
The Government wants to hear your views on the plans. Visit www.buckscc.gov.uk/OneCouncil to have your say – it only takes a minute!Posted by Buckinghamshire Council at 10:55, Sat 12 May 2018

Was advised that this failed to meet the criteria.
So that answers the question, when is a 3ft long pothole not a pothole!

The pothole/fault in the road surface at this location is getting worse and drivers are swerving on to the opposite side of the road to avoid it. This is a serious hazard with the darker mornings and evenings and especially with the regular parking on the roadside at this location where mothers regularly leave their cars when dropping off and picking up toddlers at the Woodlands playgroup centre just near the Commonside/Littleworth Road junction. Please repair this fault in the road surface before an incident occurs. Thank you.
