22 Woodlands pavement - and similar along entire street

Reported in the Footpath / pavement problem category by Laura Dyson at 11:54, Fri 18 May 2018

Received by Buckinghamshire Council moments later

Cracking and uneven surface that is dangerous to walk outside our house at 22 Woodlands. Similarly along the whole road which caused my elderly mother to walk along the road instead of the pavement in the dark as frightened of falling over. In the light it looks atrocious and not what you expect when living in a nice area of Gerrards Cross. We have lived here since June last year and expected it to have been seen to by now so now we're taking action.

Fed up with potholes – we are too!
Government funding cuts and pressures from other services such as social care means there isn’t enough money to pay for all the work which needs doing on our roads.
However, a new single council for Buckinghamshire would save at least £18m per year – money which the new council could decide to put into more road resurfacing.
The Government wants to hear your views on the plans. Visit to have your say – it only takes a minute!
