  • The road surface on gorelands lane is in an appalling state. it has been reported many times for many months but no action at all has been taken to remedy this. to every report the same response from you. please do something sensible like fill the potholes and resurface the road

  • The road surface in Gorelands Lane in the vicinity of the junction with Chesham Lane has completely failed and is causing vehicles to drive onto the 'wrong' side of the road to avoid the worst areas. This is a dangerous junction at the best of times due to the limited line of sight in the section of Gorelands Lane coming up from the Rowan Garden Centre. The danger is obviously exacerbated by having cars on the 'wrong' side of the road. Urgent action is required

  • If you can't repair the road surface, may I suggest that either the damaged area is cordoned off with cones, or at the very least signs before and after the affected area warning of the failed road surface. Please acknowledge, thanks.

  • Is anything happening on this?

  • Why do you continue to ignore all these reports? This road surface has failed completely and is dangerous to cars, cyclists and pedestrians. All of whom have to dodge all over the carriageway to avoid both potholes and each other. Whatever your definition of 'not requiring attention' is - it is clearly woefully inadequate in this case. PLEASE SORT THIS OUT!

  • What is happening with this? Why has no action been taken? Is there a timescale to get it fixed? This has been outstanding since May.
