Spoke on the phone wed 30th around issue with gravel and dirt around this problem being a significant hazard for cyclists who are around this area at weekends. on 31st council worker comes with a spade and clears a few gullies but is not willing to scrape the road of gravel, @its needs a sweeper@ was his response, he promised to call it in. On the earlier call i offered to talk to an engineer Thurs/fri around the wider issues but no calls as yet. Gravel may very well lead to cycling injuries this weekend, if not cleared, over to you.

I am speechless, this is most definitely NOT "fixed"! Please change its status back. Clearing 3 out of 5 gullies leaving the main 2 drains blocked, making no effort to sort the verge or clear the rubble and mud on the road and affixing two "slippy road warning signs either end is not a fix! Current insurance claims for this failure running at £7k , next time maybe you can pick up the tab? Suggest you contact me directly and we resolve it but in the meantime it is "outstanding in need of action"

This is a joke!! After i challenged you it was not fixed you reopened and then closed again as fixed in 2 hours, how impressive. These photos taken 2mins ago on friday evening. The blocked drain, on the right , well its still blocked and the rubble on the road that needs clearing , well as you can see still here! Don't know what you are clearing apart from your statistics. Suggest you get it sorted as i am losing patience with your incompetence and lies! Want to explain personally then I'm available but don't expect this to go away quietly
