Junction of New Road/Elm road/Commonn Wood Lane and Hazlemere Rd

Gullies at junction are either full of silt or covered , First gully into New Road not taking water, Gullies opposite 3 Hazlemere rd and outside 12 are full with silt . Possible tree roots. Kerb weir on CWD lane/Elm Rd blocked because too low . Silt trap to pond is full and needs emptying. Silt being deposited in pond suggesting oil trap is silted . Whole system at this junction needs clearing . Junction floods in heavy rain. Issue has been on going for years

We have inspected the defect in line with our Highway Safety Inspection Policy. The defect does not currently meet the criteria for immediate intervention, but has been added to our future programme of routine defect repairs.

The Parish Council's Highway Committee reported this in May, there has been no action to clear the gullies at Potters Cross. Please can you update us on when action will be taken?
