* Two trees next to our fence borders with branches over-extending on house's roof while one of the trees' trunk is leaning dangerously towards the house * Three additional trees, into the land of Bucks cc Highways land grown over 10m and 7-10m from our home. * Vegetation overgrowing along side our fence and into our garden a wild cherry tree(?) overgrown into nour garden, pushing over a tree and going over glass house and shed

  • Dear Transport for Bucks, given your response to the incident reported and considering the amount of tax paid annually to the council, with whom the responsibility will be with should a falling branch causes either damage to property or injury ?
