* Two trees next to our fence borders with branches over-extending on house's roof while one of the trees' trunk is leaning dangerously towards the house * Three additional trees, into the land of Bucks cc Highways land grown over 10m and 7-10m from our home. * Vegetation overgrowing along side our fence and into our garden a wild cherry tree(?) overgrown into nour garden, pushing over a tree and going over glass house and shed

Dear Transport for Bucks, given your response to the incident reported and considering the amount of tax paid annually to the council, with whom the responsibility will be with should a falling branch causes either damage to property or injury ?
