About halfway along the tarmac footpath which runs to North End Road from Meadoway (path is shown dotted on your map).
Reported in the Footpath / pavement problem category by John Carter at 15:28, Wed 8 August 2018
Sent to Buckinghamshire Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1383375.
The roots of a large oak tree have lifted the tarmac to a state where it is impassable for elderly and disabled users. Near North End Road a manhole cover also presents a tripping hazard. This is the "safe" walking route for pedestrians to access local shops from North End Road, which has no pavement for the majority of its length.

This is definitely not fixed. The problem is not a crack in the tarmac but the 200mm high hump which prevents anyone with even minor mobility issues from using this path. The alternative route is to walk along a road which has no pavement for pedestrians.
