Pavement is in a significant deteriated state, kerbstones have dislodged, and multiple layers of the pavement has eroded away. This has become a significant trip hazard for pedestrians, and can be difficult for mothers pushing their buggies. Additionally this has damaged two tyres for the residents, while entering/exiting their driveway.

This has been deteriating for over 12 months. Depth is approx 15cm while in its entirety it is 2 metres long and 50cm wide

  • We have inspected the defect in line with our Highway Safety Inspection Policy. The defect does not currently meet the criteria for immediate intervention, but has been added to our future programme of routine defect repairs.
