Road surface and state from the entrance of Marsham Lane to Lower Road

The section of Marsham Lane from Lower Road up the hill for 50m is in a dire condition - ruts and potholes are formed through running water emanating from beneath the car park of Swarthmore Care Home adjacent to the border with 43 Marsham Lane. The road has not been resurfaced now for over 13 years with potholes filled and reappearing within months of each other. This has resulted is significant car damage.
