Road and footpath outside the old Pheasant Pub

One half of the carriageway and the footpath are closed outside the old Pheasant Pub on Plantation Road due to the construction site. There are no lights on the barriers on the road side of the works, merely cones which could easily be removed, leaving the works unlit and a potential for an accident.
