1A Sefton Paddock, back garden, SL2 4PT
Reported in the Blocked drain category anonymously at 11:32, Sun 23 September 2018
Sent to Buckinghamshire Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1420073.
With the weekend rain I am getting bad flooding in my back garden resulting from an underground drainage pipe being blocked and water escaping from a manhole. The water is surface water from the nearby road, the drain for which run across my property. Joe Connelly is aware of my case and arranged for the pipes to be jetted in Mar 2017. The problem has now re-occurred. Please let Joe Connelly know as he asked to be notified if the problem started again. I was informed earlier this year that the pipes would be jetted before winter but this has not been done!

With the rain this weekend I again had severe flooding in my garden. I reported the problem 4 weeks ago and I still don't have a date for resolution. Please can you supply a date when you will be able to resolve the issue by jetting the drain pipes. Thank you.

With the very modest rain this weekend I again had flooding. This indicates the drain is getting severely blocked and the drain pipe needs to be jetted urgently to avoid more serious problems. I originally reported the problem back in September and although the update in October states that this defect has been added to your programme of works, I still have had no firm dates as to when the pipe will be jetted, and it is now December! I have phoned three times for an update and although my request has been noted and passed to the relevant department, no one has been back in contact with me to resolve this issue and arrange for the jetting of the pipe. This is all very disappointing and quite frustrating. Please could you contact me to move this issue forward. Thank you.
