Junc with Marsh Lane eastbound carriage 'stop' marking has worn away

Eastbound carriageway 'stop' marking has worn away. Cars are going on to this junction without realising and traffic lights are green on Marsh lane and cars coming out on to main Bath road. Traffic lights are stopping traffic as they do not know where to stop.
