Extremely dangerous surface large potholes
Reported in the Pothole category anonymously at 09:02, Mon 19 November 2018
Sent to Buckinghamshire Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1464821.
An area of road just before the junction with Chesham lane is dangerous and extremely hazardous. The constant "we have checked it and it is okay" comments by Bucks CC are ludicrous and basically mean you HAVE NOT LOOKED AT IT on the ground. Cars now have to take serious avoiding action to not damage wheels.

Cars now using the wrong side of the road and almost causing collisions at junction. Due to poor state and depth of potholes

It will not be fixed until there is an accident that is the way of public roads it would seem, unless a councillor lives on them... then they seem to get fixed pronto...

The large dangerous potholes were reported by me 18 months ago to Bucks CC who have done absolutely noting about the situation apart from Councillor David Martin fobbing me off with lame excuses, promises of action but nothing ever happens. Its an absolute disgrace and very dangerous as this is a T junction with cars passing at speed. It must be a nightmare for cyclists.

Note they would have been repaired in one of the following instances: 1 Someone dies in a crash 2 A councillor lives on the road in question, they seem to get rapid repairs made to them... Disgraceful roads in Buckinghamshire as a whole now
My guess is they are hoping the whole will eventually cover the whole road so making it just a dip in the road...

Ho hum no news on any repair just letting it all crumble away so they don't have to do anything once the whole road is the same level...
