Cycle Path between Amersham and Chesham. All the way from the Boot & Slipper Pub to Chesham Football Club Roundabout.

Please can Bucks CC improve the cycle path along the main Amersham to Chesham Road. It is a shared cycle route and footpath but is too narrow in places and dangerous for both pedestrians and cyclists. It is unlit which means that during darkness it is impossible to see other users. As you head towards Chesham the car headlights, being dipped shine right onto you, which makes it impossible to see the route and other users of the path are invisible. Can you make it wider and segregate the cyclists from the pedestrians? Also, can you make a cycle path on the other side of the road too? Bucks CC should be providing facilities to encourage cycling and walking and the lack of a safe route means that people use their cars. Investing in upgrading the cycle route would be a great investment.
