In footway outside 53 water stop clock has sunken and outside 51.

Thames water have inspected and have said because they haven't done any work in the last couple of month they have advised this is for the council to repair. The stop clock has sunken and becomes water filled and is a slip hazard as the water turns to ice and become slippery.
