Between Surgery and High Street on Surgery side
Reported in the Blocked drain category anonymously at 11:24, Thu 10 January 2019
Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 1508919.
This has been blocked for at least 6 months and probably needs digging out. Severe flooding when raining heavy as road dips.

During recent heavy rain, the road next to the Health Centre was flooded. A gentleman in an electric buggy on the pavement was splashed heavily even reaching his head when a 4x4 vehicle drove through the flooding without slowing down. As this is outside the Winslow Health Centre and near the Surgery, it really needs to be dealt with as quickly as possible.

This photo was taken at 9.10 am 7/6/19 after it began raining. The flooding does stretch a third across the road during heavy rain. The drain which is now totally blocked is under the water but most of the water remains in a dip in the road and the kerb has also sunk lower. Whilst I was taking this photo a car went through the water and it splashed approximately a foot up the hedge. This is a hazard to people (both able and especially disabled) visiting the Health Centre and the GP surgery and needs to be dealt with quickly.

Reported in January 2019. I later sent a photo. It appeared to have been marked up (on road) in August. We are now nearly in November and still nothing done. Considering this is near our GP surgery and outside our health centre thereby causing problems for patients walking along the footpath it should have been dealt with as a matter of urgency. GET IT DEALT WITH!

Any chance before the end of 2019?
