Apparently it doesn’t require repair!! What a joke, my previous report has been closed with this comment made. The Council are being reckless and will be held liable for the damage to my vehicle.
“Thank you for your report. We have now inspected the defect and no planned repair is necessary at this stage. Please be assured that we will continue to inspect in line with our Highway Safety Inspection Policy. Thank you for reporting this matter and this report is now closed. Regards Transport for Buckinghamshire State changed to: Closed”

What do you have to do to get something dangerous repaired, as the previous reports have been closed? “Please be assured that we will continue to inspect in line with our Highway Safety Inspection Policy. Thank you for reporting this matter and this report is now closed.” I have seen very little monitoring, the Council are actively ignoring dangerous potholes, until it is too late and damage is done or accidents are caused. This has been reported on numerous occasions by different people, but apparently no repair is necessary. If you take no notice of the public reporting issues you ignore, no wonder the Council will have no money through compensation pay outs for damage.

These pot holes are getting worse & deeper. Both tyres on left and right sides go into the ever deeper holes. Drivers now swerving to miss going into the holes, presenting danger to oncoming traffic, especailly in the extremely busy morning rush. It is only a matter of time before an accident occurs here.
