Huge potholes due to trench repair failing for the second time

Reported in the Pothole category anonymously at 12:54, Tue 12 February 2019

Received by Buckinghamshire Council moments later

I'll keep reporting this, every 15 minutes, until I get a proper response, closing the reports and ignoring this issue is just arrogant. Listen to the public and deal with it, this is a joke. Also I suggest the details of who 'inspected' this are given to me, as they are not doing their job properly, and the dangerous potholes are getting worse, I need it for my claim against the Council and for my complaint.

  • The 10 days has passed and no further information has been posted or updates made. The second 'repair' that has been carried out is already beginning to wear and fail, and in an attempt to try and buy more time until it sinks, fails or wears out, the trench 'repair' was mounded up higher than the road surface, creating a bump in the road now. The utility company responsible for this terrible work that has now failed twice should be made to repair it properly, not with cold pour bags of tar stamped in!
