Outside No. 35
Reported in the Pothole category by David Meacock at 01:22, Wed 13 February 2019
Sent to Buckinghamshire Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1542103.
2 x RIDICULOUS REJECTIONS:
DANGEROUS Pothole definition when I was a Councillor was that it is 4.1 cm or more deep. As can be seen if you blow up the photo this is 7.3 cm. If this has been inspected, why wasn't it measured in the manner shown in the photo? Hurry up and get it fixed.
The 'bump' of this dangerous pothole nonetheless feels less than the also rejected pothole/road subsidence outside April Cottage in Narcot Lane CSG which would be dangerous for me to measure without being able to stop the traffic. If the drain needs to be lower then the road should be graduated - not leave a pothole-like bump which cars are swerving around onto the other carriageway thereby risking a head-on with other oncoming cars. This area has been incompetently repaired/inspected.
