Soundproof fence installed. A421 Roundabout works were undertaken to meet the requirements of the 1972 highway at provide soundproofing as the highway had moved closer to Properties to avoid paying compensation by Buckinghamshire county council for additional noise has Failed and is falling over and if not repaired quickly the entire length of fencing will need replacing at a huge cost and residents having lost their soundproofing for the noise of the traffic have the right to make a claim against the council in 1972 Highway out where it states clearly the residence rights in these matters I sincerely hope this information has been useful my hoping will send somebody out to fix the broken post to prevent further unwarranted and unnecessary collapse of the fence,
