Victoria Road

Reported in the Blocked drain category anonymously at 15:28, Tuesday 12 March 2019

Received by Buckinghamshire County Council moments later

This is a follow up to a previous report that has not been actioned for over a year now. None of the activities explained below appear to have been carried out. The situation is getting worse putting patients and staff at the local community hospital and GP surgery at risk. --- Reference report number 40058155 Thank you for the report of the gully blockage next to the surgery. We had a gully crew attend for a clear out. They found what is believed a broken pipe under the footpath before the soakway on the small verge of the surgery. These issues are often caused by utility companies smashing drainage pipes when they repair or lay cables, but that is a supposition. We intend to excavate the footway and re-lay a 2 metre section of drainage pipe. There will be a delay in the work as we are resource limited. This enquiry is now closed.
