This drain is not unblocked. It is certainly made worse by the Thames Water leak, but that's not the cause of the blocked drain. Please unblock the drain - your inspection of 18th March recognised it as a defect.

We have inspected the defect in line with our Highway Safety Inspection Policy, and the defect does not currently meet the criteria for immediate intervention. This enquiry is now closed, but details of the defect will remain on our system and will continue to be inspected in line with our policy. Further updates will not be given on this enquiry.
