  • A street lighting fault repair team have visited the unit and they have identified that the electricity supply is faulty. Unfortunately, the cables that supply power to this unit are owned by the electricity company for the area and we are unable to carry out repairs to them on their behalf. Electricity companies have up to 28 working days to complete their repairs but it can, on occasion, take longer in some circumstances. We have advised the electricity company of the fault and we will continue to work with them to resolve the issue as swiftly as possible.

  • This repair is NOT COMPLETE,! Someone has been out to presumably sort out the electrical supply, but the lampost has STILL NOT BEEN REPLACED.

This has been ongoing since we moved in last October. We have been misinformed by you on a number of occasions.

What more do we need to do, and how do we escalate this further if you continue to fob us off?
