Sandhill road, the Buckingham side of the bridge

Reported in the Pothole category anonymously at 19:20, Thursday 18 April 2019

Received by Buckinghamshire County Council moments later

My mum was driving along Sandhill road and due to another car coming over the bridge at speed she moved over to the left and hit the pothole above. It caused the damage to her rear tyre which led to a puncture. All of which meant a call-out charge and a new tyre - how does she claim?
