Quainton Crossroads

Reported in the Road lines / road markings category by Harry Shepherd-Cross at 15:26, Thursday 25 April 2019

Received by Buckinghamshire County Council moments later

Yet again there has been serious accident at Quainton crossroads. Please could you give me full statistics for the last 20 years. I think it will demonstrate that this crossing is very dangerous. The reason is quite straight forward. The visibility to the right when crossing toward Aylesbury should be 215m but it is only 80m. You need to acquire a slither of land from the adjacent landowner, remove the hedge and replant it behind the correctly configured visibility splay. Without this action, accidents will continue.
