Hole in the grass verge outside 39 Crispin Way and pot holes in road.

There is a hole in the grass verge surrounded by barriers which has been there for a good 9 months or more with no indication who is responsible (Water?). Also the pot holes in the road nearby are getting deeper and have already been reported.

PLEASE PLEASE will someone contact Thames Water and ask them to put a manhole over the hole and remove the eyesore barriers. The pot holes nearby are getting deeper and have not been fixed. I have reported this problem twice now and the pot holes have also been reported by a neighbour.
