Kerb stones outside 18 Good Intent

Two kerbstones have dropped and are protruding above the surface of the footpath causing a trip hazard. The issue has been there for 6months and has recently started to get worse. It has already caused an injury to someone’s foot which has required the injured person to seek medical intervention.
